She advised that this panel will collaborate with the City of Ottawa’s Human Resources Department to secure the services of an external executive search firm, ensuring a thorough and effective recruitment process. At 5:43 pm Member Carr made a motion to move out of closed session and resume in open session. Following the in-camera session, Chair Kitts welcomed everyone back and advised that the Board received information from City Staff regarding appointment of an Interim Medical Officer of Health. No motions were adopted during the closed session, with the exception of procedural motions and directions to staff.
