The Panel met in the Chamber, Ben Franklin Place, 101 Centrepointe Drive, Ottawa, on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, beginning at 9:00 a.m. The Acting Panel Chair, Martin Vervoort, presided over the hearings in person with two Members participating remotely by videoconference.

Acting Panel Chair provided introductory remarks concerning hearing procedures.
