- Public Member appointments
- Considerations for youth programming
- How to overcome barriers to engaging youth, including raising awareness of wealth of youth-based programing
- Coordination between ANCHOR and emergency and police responses, and capturing related data
- Collecting demographic data such as age and race-based data
- Collecting feedback from youth on the new youth portal
- Diversion of emergency calls such as mental health emergencies

- The Committee requested that there be the opportunity to discuss the written submissions on this item at a future meeting.
- Community and Social Services Department staff undertook to provide responses to the written submissions, and to share the responses with Committee.
- The Committee requested information on the process for acknowledging and following up on submissions to Committee.
