The Committee thanked Dan for the engagement opportunities and for all of the work RCFS has done to advance the City's policies, programs and service delivery in the area of arts, recreation and culture. Dan also received questions from the Committee on the draft of their end-of-term report, and agreed to work with staff to amend the draft report to better reflect the Committee-staff engagement throughout the 2018-2022 Term. The Committee moved and carried a motion to defer the approval of its end-of-term report for 2018-2022 to their next meeting. That the Arts, Culture and Recreation Advisory Committee approve its end-of-term report for 2018-2022, and recommend that the Community and Protective Services Committee receive the report.Amendment:Moved byAaron BruceThat the Arts, Culture and Recreation Committee defer the approval of its end-of-term report for 2018-2022 to their next meeting, and that the next meeting means a virtual sharing of the report for the Committee's approval.
