The Panel met in the Chamber, Ben Franklin Place, 101 Centrepointe Drive, Ottawa, on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, beginning at 1:00 p.m. The Panel Chair, Ann M. Tremblay, presided over the hearings in person with all of the Members attending in person.
