NOTE: The meeting of the French Language Services Advisory Committee did not have quorum, therefore Members present agreed to defer items on this agenda to the next meeting. However, members received "housekeeping" updates from staff and the Committee Chair not related to agenda items. No new proposals were made.

    That the French Language Services Advisory Committee approve its mid-term report and recommend that the Finance and Corporate Services Committee receive the report.
