The presentation was led by Megan Richards, Program Manager in the Accessibility Office, Sarah Beriault, Corporate Accessibility Specialist in the Accessibility Office, and Rob Prud’homme, Corporate Accessibility Specialist in the Accessibility Office. A copy of the slide presentation is filed with the Clerk. There was one delegation for this item: Kyle Humphrey, who spoke to the accessibility features when updates are made to municipal parks. Kevin Wherry, Manager, Parks and Facilities Planning from the Recreation, Cultural & Facility Services Department; Megan Richards, Program Manager in the Accessibility Office; Sarah Beriault, Corporate Accessibility Specialist in the Accessibility Office; and Rob Prud’homme, Corporate Accessibility Specialist in the Accessibility Office, were available to answer questions from members. Members discussed the following issues: Para Transpo service reliability, call wait times, and procurement of future vehicles.
