Direct the Deputy City Treasurer, Corporate Finance, in consultation with the Director, Housing and Homelessness Services and the Director, Housing Solutions, Real Estate and Investment Services, to undertake a review and update of the Housing Services Long Range Financial Plan and report back to Committee and Council during the next term of Council. Direct staff to update Planning and Housing Committee and Community Services Committee annually by memo on the 10-Year Housing and Homelessness Plan’s achievements and progress towards meeting the stated goals and objectives.
