Kale Brown, Interim Director, Housing and Homelessness Services, Community and Social Services provided a presentation and answered questions from the Advisory Committee. A copy of the slide presentation is filed with the Office of the City Clerk.

The Advisory Committee then heard from the following delegation:

1.    Kyle Humphrey.

The Advisory Committee discussed, asked questions and provided feedback regarding further accessibility considerations and impacts that should be included in the refreshed 10-Year Plan.

Following discussions, the Advisory Committee received the presentation.

  • That the Accessibility Advisory Committee receive the presentation and provide feedback as appropriate.

Meagan Muldoon, Public Engagement Specialist, Public Information and Media Relations, provided a presentation and answered questions from the Advisory Committee. A copy of the slide presentation is filed with the Office of the City Clerk.

The Advisory Committee discussed, asked questions and provided feedback regarding the following topics:

  • Does the updated public engagement strategy meet the needs of persons with disabilities?
  • Are there any unintentional barriers to public engagement not considered in the strategy?
  • What are the preferred methods to do public engagement?

Following discussions, the Advisory Committee received the presentation.
