    1. Establishing a Councillors Sponsor Group to provide input and advice to the 2024 Development Charge By-law and Community Benefits Charge By-law update, as detailed in this report.

That Planning and Housing Committee recommend Council approve an amendment to Zoning By-law 2008-250 for 1835 Stittsville Main Street, as shown in Document 1, to rezone the lands from RU (Rural Countryside) to R3Z[XXX1]-h (Residential Third Density, Subzone Z, Urban Exception XXX1, with a holding symbol), to permit low rise development as detailed in Document 2.
    2.
