2023 Draft Operating and Capital Budget Estimates and Four-Year Capital Forecast

Please refer to the 31 January 2023 OPL Board meeting for the documents.

Recommendations:

That the Ottawa Public Library Board:

1. Approve the 2023 Draft Budget for the Ottawa Public Library; and,
2. Upon the Ottawa Public Library Board's approval of the 2023 Draft Budget for the Ottawa Public Library, direct staff to forward the report to Ottawa City Council, for consideration on March 1, 2023 as part of the City Council's approval of the City of Ottawa 2023 Draft Operating and Capital budget.

That the Ottawa Public Library Board approve the creation of seven Ad hoc Committees, as composed and identified in this report.
