That the Ottawa Public Library Board approve the temporary closure of the
Stittsville Branch (June 17 to July 14, 2016) to undertake facility
improvements.

That the Ottawa Public Library Board approve the Central Library Public
Engagement Framework as outlined in Document 1.

That the Ottawa Public Library Board approve the creation of an Ad-Hoc
Committee composed of Trustee Begg, and Trustee Higdon to review nominations
and provide recommendations to the Board.

That the Ottawa Public Library Board receive this report for information.
|
That the Ottawa Public Library Board:
1. Receive the 2016 first quarter financial reports; and,
2. Receive the closing of capital Works In Progress accounts as
outlined in this report.
