That the Board of Health for the
City of Ottawa Health Unit:
1. Approve updates
to the Board of Health Procedure By-law, as described in this report and
detailed in Document 1;
2. Approve updates
to the Board of Health Delegation of Authority By-law, as described in this
report and detailed in Document 2;
3. Approve housekeeping
updates to the Board of Health By-law 2011-4 and By-law 2011-5, as described
in this report;
4. Approve updates
to the Board of Health Code of Conduct, as described in this report and
detailed in Document 3;
5. Approve updates
to the Medical Officer of Health Performance Appraisal Policy, as described
in this report and detailed in Document 4; and
6. Adopt the City
of Ottawa’s Election-Related Resources policy, as described in this report
and attached at Document 5.

Meetings Investigator and are conducted without charge to the Requestor.

Written comments (encouraged): Members of the public may

written and oral comments are given equal consideration by the Board.

12:00 PM on Monday, April 25.
Written submissions received by the above
deadline will be shared with Members of the Board of Health in advance of the
meeting.
Oral comments: Members of the public may register to
speak on agenda items during the virtual meeting by calling or emailing the
Board Secretary. They must include their name, telephone number and email
address as well as identify the Agenda item on which they wish to speak.
Registration is required so that the Board Secretary may provide details on how
to join the virtual meeting.
