to be tabled at the meeting.

That,
at its meeting of November 7, 2017, the Board:
1. Receive
and table the 2018 Draft Budget for the Ottawa Public Library and 3-year
capital forecast; and,
2. Direct
staff to forward the 2018 Draft Budget for the Ottawa Public Library to
Ottawa City Council on November 8, 2017 as part of the City Council’s tabling
of the City of Ottawa 2018 Draft Operating and Capital budget; and,
That,
at its meeting of December 5, 2017, the Board:
3. Approve
the 2018 Draft Budget for the Ottawa Public Library; and,
4. Upon
the Board’s approval of the 2018 Draft Budget for the Ottawa Public Library,
direct staff to forward the report to Ottawa City Council, for consideration
on December 13, 2017 as part of the City Council’s approval of the City of
Ottawa 2018 Draft Operating and Capital budget.
