That the Ottawa Public
Library Board receive this presentation for information.

That the Ottawa Public
Library Board approve Helen Tweddle (posthumous) for the Order of Friendship
in recognition of her devotion to volunteerism and outstanding commitment to
the Ottawa Public Library via her work with the Friends of the Ottawa Public
Library Association (FOPLA).

That the Ottawa Public
Library Board receive the 2018 second quarter financial reports.

That the Ottawa Public
Library Board receive the 2017 Ottawa Public Library Board
Financial Statements.

That the Ottawa Public
Library Board move in camera in accordance with section 16.1 4)(b) of the
Public Libraries Act, to consider personal matters about an identifiable
individual, with respect to the 2018 mid year review for the Chief Executive
Officer.
