That the Policy and Governance Committee
recommend that the Ottawa Police Services Board procure StrategyCorp
consulting firm, a vendor of record with the province, to conduct a review of
the Board’s use of force policies and make recommendations with respect to
the Board’s oversight and governance roles, in relation to use of force.
