2020 DRAFT OPERATING
BUDGET FOR THE OTTAWA BOARD OF HEALTH

That, at its meeting of December 9,
2019, the Board of Health for the City of Ottawa Health Unit:
1. Approve the
2020 Draft Operating Budget for the Ottawa Board of Health;
2. Upon the Board
of Health’s approval of the 2020 Draft Operating Budget for the Ottawa Board
of Health, direct staff to forward the report to Ottawa City Council, for
consideration on December 11, 2019 as part of the City Council’s approval of
the City of Ottawa 2020 Draft Operating and Capital budget; and
3. Upon approval
of the 2020 Draft Operating Budget for the Ottawa Board of Health by the
Board of Health and Ottawa City Council, direct the Medical Officer of Health
(or delegate), on behalf of the Board of Health, to forward the 2020 Annual
Service Plan and Budget Submission, to the Ontario Ministry of Health (OMOH)
for consideration based on the approved 2020 Operating Budget for the Ottawa
Board of Health.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board of
Health for the City of Ottawa Health Unit resolve In Camera pursuant to Section
13(1)(b) of the Procedure By-law 2011-1 to consider personal matters about an
identifiable individual, including staff, with respect to the appointment of
an Associate Medical Officer of Health.
