That the Ottawa Public
Library Board:
1. Approve that the
Commemorative Naming Policy applies only to Ottawa Public Library spaces
within facilities (i.e. branches) and to mobile units (as noted in Document 1
– Table 1); and,
2. Receive the revised
City of Ottawa Commemorative Naming policy (Document 1 – Appendix A) as
further described in this report.

That the Ottawa Public
Library Board approve the rescheduling of its meetings of 12 November and 10
December to 5 November and 3 December respectively, to accommodate the City
of Ottawa’s budget timelines.
