Michael Morgan, Director, Rail Construction Program, and James Greer, Director, Transit Bus Operations and Maintenance, also answered questions.

Chair Glen Gower and Renée Amilcar, General Manager, Transit Services Department (TSD), provided opening remarks on this item. Ms. Amilcar also answered questions.

Clint Crabtree (Amalgamated Transit Union, Local 279) provided a presentation to the Joint Meeting and answered questions.

Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 5500, Amalgamated Transit Union, Local 1760, and the Civic Institute of Professional Personnel (CIPP) were not in attendance.
