COMMEMORATIVE NAMING POLICY

That the Ottawa Public Library Board:
1.         Approve that the Commemorative Naming Policy applies only to Ottawa Public Library spaces within facilities (i.e. branches) and to mobile units (as noted in Document 1 – Table 1); and,
2.         Receive the revised City of Ottawa Commemorative Naming policy (Document 1 – Appendix A) as further described in this report.

OTTAWA PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD MEETING SCHEDULE

 

That the Ottawa Public Library Board approve the rescheduling of its meetings of 12 November and 10 December to 5 November and 3 December respectively, to accommodate the City of Ottawa’s budget timelines.
