CONSIDERATION
OF MOTION TO MOVE IN CAMERA

That the Ottawa Police Services Board adjourn the
public portion of its meeting to move In Camera to discuss a confidential
item pertaining to contract negotiations pursuant to section 35(4)(a) of the
Police Services Act, namely the ratification of a Memorandum of Settlement
between the Board and the Ottawa Police Association.
