  • That the Policy and Governance Committee review and provide input into the draft process for the development of the Board’s 2023-2026 Strategic Plan.

  • That the Policy and Governance Committee direct the Executive Director to undertake a full review of the Board’s Financial Accountability Procedure Manual in consultation with the Chief of Police and Chief Administrative Officer, and bring back any suggested amendments to the Committee before the end of Q4 2023.
