How much money are we saving, or could we be saving by relying less on mail?Have we confirmed with Legal/Clerks that these email addresses can be used for natural disasters, national emergencies, or other important City service communications? When I say natural disasters, I’m also thinking about major service disruptions or other time-sensitive City information. If we can’t use them this way yet, what would need to change? Would this require an opt-in, and how quickly could that be built into the VUT registration process?Looking ahead, when future reporting comes back, can we also look at better options for repeat registrants, like a one-time registration that carries over for multiple years instead of having to re-register annually or only at the point of sale?13.Other Business There was no other business.14.Adjournment Next MeetingTuesday, 3 March, 2026The meeting adjourned at 12:07 pm.No Item Selected This item has no attachments.1.FCSC-2025-02 - Inquiry Response -VUT Impact on Building Starts and Rental Market.pdf1.2024 BIA and Sparks Street Mall Authority – Annual Reports and Audited Financial Statements - FINAL Jan 22.pdf2.Document 1 – Barrhaven BIA 2024 Annual Report-AODA.pdf3.Document 2 – Bells Corners BIA 2024 Annual Report-AODA.pdf4.Document 3 – Carp Road Corridor BIA 2024 Annual Report-AODA.pdf5.Document 4 – Carp Village BIA 2024 Annual Report-AODA.pdf6.Document 5 – Centretown BIA 2024 Annual Report-AODA.pdf7.Document 6 – Downtown Rideau BIA 2024 Annual Report-AODA.pdf8.Document 7 – Glebe BIA 2024 Annual Report-AODA.pdf9.Document 8 – Heart of Orléans BIA 2024 Annual Report-AODA.pdf10.Document 9 – Kanata Central BIA 2024 Annual Report-AODA.pdf11.Document 10 – Kanata North BIA 2024 Annual Report-AODA.pdf12.Document 11 – Manotick BIA 2024 Annual Report-AODA.pdf13.Document 12 – Preston Street BIA 2024 Annual Report-AODA.pdf14.Document 13 – Somerset Street Chinatown BIA 2024 Annual Report-AODA.pdf15.Document 14 – Somerset Village BIA 2024 Annual Report-AODA.pdf16.Document 15 – Sparks Street BIA 2024 Annual Report-AODA.pdf17.Document 16 – Sparks Street Mall Authority 2024 Annual Report-AODA.pdf18.Document 17 – Vanier BIA 2024 Annual Report-AODA.pdf19.Document 18 – Wellington West BIA 2024 Annual Report-AODA.pdf20.Document 19 – Westboro Village BIA 2024 Annual Report-AODA.pdf21.Document 20 – Barrhaven BIA 2024 Audited Financial Statements-AODA.pdf22.Document 21 – Bells Corners BIA 2024 Audited Financial Statements-AODA.pdf23.Document 22 – Carp Road Corridor BIA 2024 Audited Financial Statements-AODA.pdf24.Document 23 – Carp Village BIA 2024 Audited Financial Statements-AODA.pdf25.Document 24 – Centretown BIA 2024 Audited Financial Statements-AODA.pdf26.Document 25 – Downtown Rideau BIA 2024 Audited Financial Statements-AODA.pdf27.Document 26 – Glebe BIA 2024 Audited Financial Statements-AODA.pdf28.Document 27 – Heart of Orléans BIA 2024 Audited Financial Statements-AODA.pdf29.Document 28 – Kanata Central BIA 2024 Audited Financial Statements-AODA.pdf30.Document 29 - Kanata North BIA 2024 Audited Financial Statements-AODA.pdf31.Document 30 – Manotick BIA 2024 Audited Financial Statements-AODA.pdf32.Document 31 – Preston Street BIA 2024 Audited Financial Statements-AODA.pdf33.Document 32 – Somerset Street Chinatown BIA 2024 Audited Financial Statements-AODA.pdf34.Document 33 - Somerset Village BIA 2024 Audited Financial Statements-AODA.pdf35.Document 34 – Sparks Street BIA 2024 Audited Financial Statements-AODA.pdf36.Document 35 - Sparks Street Mall Authority 2024 Audited Financial Statements-AODA.pdf37.Document 36 – Vanier BIA 2024 Audited Financial Statements-AODA.pdf38.Document 37 – Wellington West BIA 2024 Audited Financial Statements-AODA.pdf39.Document 38 – Westboro Village BIA 2024 Audited Financial Statements-AODA.pdf1.Public Notices English - Hybrid Standing Committee 2025 (AODA).pdf2.Public Notices French - Hybrid Standing Committee 2025 (AODA).pdf1.FCSC Draft Final Minutes 31 (EN).pdf2.FCSC Draft Final Minutes 31 (FR).pdf1.Report - Affordable Housing Debt Funding Pilot.pdf1.Report - 2026 OPS WDF Report 1 Final (EN)-AODA.pdf2.Report - 2026 OPS WDF Report 1 Final (FR)-AODA.pdf3.Document 1 - WDF Business Case EN.pdf4.Document 1 - WDF Business Case FR.pdf1.IPD - Community Benefits Framework.pdf2.Document 1 - Community Benefits Program - Jurisdictional Scan - AODA.pdf
