Approve updates to the Board of Health Procedure By-law, as highlighted in this report and detailed in Document 1; 2. Approve updates to the Board of Health Delegation of Authority By-law, as highlighted in this report and detailed in Document 2; 3. Direct staff to bring forward a report in Q3 of 2019 with recommendations for enhancing the Board of Health Code of Conduct, including options with respect to enforcement of same, as outlined in this report; and 4.
