That Agriculture and Rural
Affairs Committee recommend Council:

1.
Approve the application to alter 6576 Fourth Line Road as per the
drawings submitted by Keystone Group on May 7, 2013;

2. Delegate authority
for minor design changes to the General Manager, Planning and Growth
Management Department; and
|
3. Issue the heritage
permit with a two-year expiry date from the date of issuance.
|
(Note: The statutory 90-day
timeline for consideration of this application under the Ontario Heritage Act
will expire on July 26, 2013.)

(Note: Approval to alter
this property under the Ontario Heritage Act must not be construed to meet

drainge works project under Section 4 of the Drainage Act and give 1st and
2nd reading to the By-law attached as Document 2 to this report in accordance
with Sections 42 and 45 of the Drainage Act of Ontario.

(O1A[xxxr]-h) to permit an amusement park limited to an outdoor paintball
facility, as shown in Document 1 and as detailed in Document 2.
