APPLICATION TO ALTER 6576 FOURTH LINE ROAD, A PROPERTY DESIGNATED UNDER PART IV OF THE ONTARIO HERITAGE ACT.

Recommendation from the Built Heritage Sub-committee:
That Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee recommend Council:
1.          Approve the application to alter 6576 Fourth Line Road as per the drawings submitted by Keystone Group on May 7, 2013;
2.         Delegate authority for minor design changes to the General Manager, Planning and Growth Management Department; and
3.         Issue the heritage permit with a two-year expiry date from the date of issuance.
(Note: The statutory 90-day timeline for consideration of this application under the Ontario Heritage Act will expire on July 26, 2013.)
(Note: Approval to alter this property under the Ontario Heritage Act must not be construed to meet the requirements for the issuance of a building permit.)

That the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee recommend that Council adopt the Engineer’s Report prepared by Stantec Consultants Ltd., entitled Engineer’s Report for the Stagecoach Road East and West Municipal Drains dated February 2013 for a drainge works project under Section 4 of the Drainage Act and give 1st and 2nd reading to the By-law attached as Document 2 to this report in accordance with Sections 42 and 45 of the Drainage Act of Ontario.

OFFICIAL PLAN AMENDMENT – 2201 SPEEDWAY ROAD - HUNTLEY WETLAND

That the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee recommend Council approve an amendment to the Official Plan, Schedule A to change the designation of part of 2201 Speedway Road from Rural Natural Features to Significant Wetlands as shown in Document 1.

 


 

8.

ZONING - 4565 DUNNING ROAD

That Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee recommend Council approve an amendment to Zoning By-law 2008-250 to change the zoning of 4565 Dunning Road from Parks and Open Space Zone, Rural Exception 480, with a holding provision (O1A[480r]-h) to Parks and Open Space Zone, Rural Exception XXX, with a holding provision (O1A[xxxr]-h) to permit an amusement park limited to an outdoor paintball facility, as shown in Document 1 and as detailed in Document 2.

COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW 2008-250: OMNIBUS ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENTS AND ANOMALIES AND MINOR CORRECTIONS
